This again depends on what exercise is being done, generally our towels will repeal odours for up to 4 weeks if being used in a commercial gym. However, if you undergo high intensity workouts that involve a lot of sweat, we recommend putting your towel out to dry after each session.
How to clean? We recommend a low, cold wash then simply hang out to dry.
